This is a Private Label kit built by Clutch Masters exclusively for Ringer Racing

 

Applications:

  • Audi TT 1.8t Quattro 5 speed and 6 Speed 02M (2000-2006)
  • Audi A3 1.8t 6 Speed (1999-2003)

* Note: For Audi 1.8t that uses a internal hydraulic Throw-out bearing – slave cylinder *

 

Kit includes:

  • Ringer Racing Clutch kit
  • CM Billet Steel Flywheel
  • Flywheel/PP bolts
  • Alignment tool

Kit does not include a throw-out bearing

 

*Optional Hydraulics:

  • CM Bleeder Block for use with stock line
  • CM Bleeder Block kit with SS clutch line (replaces stock line)
  • CM Performance Throw-out bearing kit with clutch line (replaces stock line)

Torque Rating at the Flywheel

  • Stage 3 – 485 ft lbs
  • Stage 3+ – 535 ft lbs
  • Stage 4 – 620 ft lbs
  • Stage 5 – 685 ft lbs

 

Hardware torque specs – Dab of loctite on all
10.9 or ARP flywheel bolts – 45 ft lb, 65 lb and then finish at 85 ft lb
Pressure plate bolts – 25 ft lb

Note: ARP bolts are the latest version of custom CM/ARP 2000 flywheel bolts which also come pre-drilled for safety wire use.
