BimmerWorld Rear Sway Bar Reinforcements - E46 323i/325i/328i/330i

These reinforcements for the rear E46 sway bar tabs are a beefy design that are welded to the rear subframe tabs. Because the original sway bar bushing tab is not supported there can be flex and even failure of the tab. These gussets are welded on the opposite side of the bushing to thicken and strengthen the bushing mount. The likelihood of a failure increases with larger sway bars, race suspensions, and sticky tires that increases the stress forces on mounting points.

Exhaust Clearance Note: some exhausts have a tighter clearance to the subframe and sway bar bushing tab than others (tighter clearance = more ground clearance and better airflow). Our reinforcements have a notch in the bottom to allow you to modify a bracket to slide upwards for more clearance.
