BimmerWorld Steering Rack Stops - F87 M2, F80 M3, F82 M4
These Delrin spacers fit over your steering rack shafts and reduce shaft travel by 30mm per side. This will also reduce tire > inner fender travel to help prevent rubbing of tire on the fender or brakes ducts. These are a simple solution to reduce tire rub on the inside when the wheel is turned to full lock. Great for reducing the likelihood of a tire rubbing through a brake cooling hose. Or a extra-wide tire from rubbing on the inner fender sheetmetal.
Installation can be done any time the tie rod boot is removed (although your steering rack should be correctly centered to ensure consistent turns left-right). These spacers are not left or right specific so there is no mixing them up. Note that this will greatly increase your turning radius at full lock - there are only 1.5 turns lock-to-lock. This only matters in parking/paddock situations, at speed on the street or track there should be no change at all.
