Our Baffled Oil Catch Can Kit gives your Ram 1500 3.0 Hurricane a simple way to keep that contamination out of the turbo, intercooler, and cylinders by placing a single can in line with the PCV route to pull oily vapor out of circulation before it can settle anywhere it should not. As crankcase gases enter the can, they move through a 50-micron bronze filter and an internal diverter that holds the air in motion long enough for fine droplets to condense and fall into the canister. What returns to the intake is clean air that will not dilute octane or contribute to carbon buildup.

Note	After installation, Mishimoto recommends checking the contents of the baffled catch cans every 1,000 miles until a baseline is established. Oil blow-by accumulation will vary with ambient temperatures and driving conditions. It is important that the contents of the can do not rise above the internal baffle.
